He can't wait for Bar Alba's education program to kick off in 2022 where he will guide wine enthusiasts and lovers on a tour of Italy's wine regions and endless grape varieties.

Patrick is an absolute gun.
For 11 years he has been the head chef of Centonove earning the restaurant

Patrick has spent the last 5 years researching Italian bars and their food
He knows that a bar has the ability to unite neighborhoods and communities
and his food will be classical but innovative and easy to share.
He may not be Italian by blood but he's earnt his stripes and all his hard
work will be for the benefit of Bar Alba's guests.
